Lake Forest Lacrosse Association ("LFLA") will offer teams and training for youth players of every skill level from Grades K-8 with training by the top coaching staff in the region with paid coaches for each team.

LEARN-2-LAX-4-JACK FOR GRADES K-1

Learn-2-LAX-4-Jack ("L2L4J") -- For our youngest players who are looking to learn the sport in a safe, fun environment, with weekly practices. L2L4J will be Sundays from 10-11 am at Townline Park for a total of 8 sessions.

Due to the incredible generosity of the family of Jack Adams, we are able to offer Learn-2-LAX-4-Jack for boys residing in Lake Forest and Lake Bluff only for just $50, including all equipment required for new players! Let's Grow the Game!!

COMPETITIVE TEAMS FOR GRADES 2ND THRU 8TH*

For players looking for the most competitive Spring lacrosse teams that focus on developing lacrosse skills and IQ.

Pre-season: Tryouts will take place during the first week of March. We will practice on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 5:30 - 7:00 pm at Deerpath Turf. The boys will be placed on "A" and "B" teams before Spring Break.

Regular Season: Starts March 31. We will practice on Tuesday, Thursdays and Fridays from 5:30 - 7:00 pm at Deerpath Turf.

Rip the Duck in South Bend, IN for ALL teams on April 25-26

Carmel Invitational in Carmel, IN for top 5th-8th grade teams on May 2-3

Team Illinois Invitational for all other teams on May 2-3

To all parents and players:

Every player must be registered to attend winter training and play in the spring season;

Teams are grade based and all players must be registered accordingly (exception: 14U where teams are based on skill level)

Player will be evaluated in March for rostering and attendance is mandatory to be considered for "A" teams

Please arrive at a minimum of 15 minutes before every practice and 45 minutes before every game with your pads on and ready to go

Playing time is not guaranteed: coaches will develop players during practice, but we will play to win games;

Quality, consistent effort in practice will translate into increased game time.
